Product Manager, Concessions Digital Ordering

Regal Cinemas, Inc

Knoxville, TN

Full-time

Posted 2 days ago

Job description

Regal Cinemas is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Concessions Digital Ordering experience across web, iOS, Android, Kiosk, and POS. This role owns both the standalone food and beverage ordering journey and the flow integrated into movie ticket purchase. You’ll improve how guests browse, order, and pick up concessions—making the process faster, easier, and more delightful from digital selection to in‑theater pickup.

We’re looking for a Product Manager with B2C experience and a passion for improving end‑to‑end customer journeys. You’ll drive adoption of Regal’s digital ordering products and deliver measurable business impact through data‑informed decision‑making, experimentation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for Regal’s digital food and beverage ordering experiences across web and mobile platforms.
  • Improve the end-to-end customer experience, including discovery, selection, checkout, and in-theater pickup.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to increase digital ordering adoption relative to in-store ordering.
  • Define product requirements and partner with Engineering, Design, and QA to deliver high-quality experiences.
  • Work closely with Design and Design Research to ensure solutions are customer-centered and validated through research and testing.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion, adoption, and other key business outcomes.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Theater teams, and business leaders) to align on priorities, requirements, and rollout plans.
  • Support product decisions related to POS integrations and the connection between digital ordering and in-theater fulfillment workflows.
  • Communicate product priorities, tradeoffs, timelines, and results clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
QualificationsRequired
  • 3-5 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2C digital products.
  • Experience managing customer-facing ordering, ecommerce, or transactional experiences across web and/or mobile apps.
  • Demonstrated success driving measurable business outcomes (e.g., conversion, adoption, revenue, attachment rate, customer satisfaction).
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment-driven product development.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience partnering closely with Product Design and Design Research.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly with leadership and execution teams.
Preferred
  • Experience with food ordering, hospitality, retail, or omnichannel pickup/fulfillment experiences.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and integrations supporting online ordering and in-store operations.
  • Experience working on end-to-end ordering and fulfillment flows, including pickup or handoff experiences.
  • Experience in mobile app product management (iOS and Android).

Our Benefits

  • Discretionary annual bonus
  • Free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location
  • Paid vacation time and sick leave to support a healthy work-life balance
  • Eligibility to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan with company match after age 21 and six months of service
  • Summer half-day Fridays during the summer season
  • Medical and prescription coverage, with company contributions toward the cost
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability insurance at no cost to employees
  • Dental, vision, and supplemental life insurance options available for employees and their dependents
  • Additional coverage options including accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance
