Job Description
Nielsen ONE focuses on the measurement of ads and their outcomes, and empowers advertisers, publishers and agencies with the intelligence they need to drive revenue, increase market share, and optimize their audiences and investments.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the future of our Nielsen ONE Reporting product vision. In this role, you will be responsible for the Reporting or delivery of results to clients via end user interfaces like dashboards, APIs, and AI integrations for our Ads and Outcomes product suite. You will support a team of product managers and the product strategy under your purview and understand how the overall reporting domain contributes to the company goals. You will understand the Product Vision and Roadmap as it relates to the initiatives and features under your responsibility; have a good grasp on dependent features and teams. You will contribute ideas to the Product Roadmap with a focus on the next 6-12 months and help facilitate product-level release planning, helping teams prioritize features, user stories and tasks.
You will also support the commercial organization with product demos, RFP responses and other questions related to the reporting product under your purview.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Innovation:
  • Support the product strategy for Nielsen ONE Reporting and understands how this strategy contributes to the company goals.
  • Learn (with support) how to lead stakeholder and Voice of Client (VOC) feedback sessions including driving Product discovery and translating into requirements.
  • Able to prioritize initiative/feature level roadmaps for entire products/product suites and champion prioritization best practices throughout the organization.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on our Dashboard, API, and AI Reporting integrations.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to inform our product decisions

Execution Leadership
  • From ideation and discovery to feature definition, development, and GTM launch, you will manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, often acting as the bridge between senior management and operational teams.
  • Advocate for scalable solution design that supports end user needs and use cases.
  • Write strong product requirements, willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done, review and guide requirements of the product managers.
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to measure product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Collaboration & Communication
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, operations, marketing, and sales to bring products from concept to launch.
  • Act as the champion for your products, communicating their value and vision to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years in product management, with a significant focus on the advertising/media industry and ideally 10+ years in a relevant industry.
  • A top-tier expertise of the ad measurement ecosystem, including end user interfaces (dashboards) , APIs, and AI integrations
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expert communicator, both written & verbal, across levels & functions, with the ability to clearly articulate vision & priorities so stakeholders know what, why, & when.
  • A strategic thinker who assesses risk, both likelihood and impact, in order to account for potential positive and negative outcomes with mitigation steps.
  • High-level problem-solving abilities, drawing assumptions where necessary and anticipating business challenges and regulatory issues.
