Job Description
The Nielsen Product Sales practice advises the world's largest and most influential advertisers, agencies, and media companies on how to make their businesses more successful. We are a team of consultants and thought leaders who bring Nielsen's industry leading measurement products to life, providing actionable insights to help clients make better business decisions.
The Senior Solutions Consultant will support our NIELSEN ONE ADS business for CTV, Linear TV, Digital, and Social media clients. This role will drive renewals and new business by providing detailed analysis of client datasets.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of delivering commercial success among large, sophisticated media clients through in-person and virtual meetings, with a solid understanding of cross-channel media planning, measurement, and the ad tech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Execute a high-velocity sales strategy to exceed revenue targets through new logo acquisition and expanding existing client engagements.
  • Scale Adoption & Upsell: Accelerate the adoption of Nielsen ONE ad measurement solutions among new and existing clients and drive upsell opportunities for additional full funnel Nielsen ONE Ads and Outcomes products.
  • Strategic Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders through virtual/in-person meetings and represent Nielsen at industry events.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the primary technical expert delivering product overviews, tailored demos, and methodology deep dives for Nielsen ONE measurement solutions.
  • Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with Product, Account Management, and Customer Success to design commercial pricing, marketing, and outreach strategies for Nielsen ONE measurement solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Value Proof: Analyze complex ad measurement data sets to provide insights that showcase the value of Nielsen data.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience within media & advertising, consulting, market research, or ad tech. Media seller experience is a strong plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including current state, cross-channel measurement, and future trends.
  • Nielsen Familiarity: Foundational knowledge of Nielsen's business, products, services, and core offerings.
  • Commercial Skillset: Proven business development, negotiation, and pipeline management skills with an ability to navigate complex, high-level client relationships.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong data fluency with the ability to translate complex data sets into simple, actionable commercial narratives.
  • Professional Skillset: Exceptional presentation skills, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a collaborative, team-first mindset adapted to a fast-paced environment.
