  • Journey Strategy: Design, implement, and optimize sophisticated Iterable journeys, with a primary focus on automated welcome series and reactivation/winback campaigns to maintain list health.
  • Engagement Strategy: Identify key areas of growth and identify/execute a/b testing strategies that improve Email related key KPIs (opens, clicks, revenue).

Advanced Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Monetization Performance: Utilize deep expertise in newsletter advertising models (CPC and Flat Fee) to evaluate performance and maximize total revenue yield.
  • LTV Modeling: Analyze subscriber Lifetime Value (LTV) and engagement patterns to inform retention strategies and monetization targets.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in email newsletter marketing operations, monetization and CRM strategy.
  • Monetization Platform Experience: Working knowledge of performance based advertising platforms such as Linkby, Paved, LiveIntent or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in CRM platforms (Iterable or a similar), segmentation and automation. Experience using APIs for data extraction and Tableau and Looker dashboards is beneficial.
  • Project Management: Exceptional cross-functional management skills. Proven ability to manage complex sales integrations and asset workflows using tools like Asana and Google Workspace.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of CAN-SPAM and experience managing advertising content.
