Buttermelon is a fast-growing women's contemporary apparel brand based in Los Angeles. We specialize in wholesale fashion and are passionate about creating trend-driven collections with exceptional quality and service. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Import Production Coordinator to join our growing team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sample development and production schedules
  • Review and approve final samples, fabrics, trims, and production details
  • Approve TOP samples for in-house and private label production
  • Issue purchase orders and maintain accurate production records
  • Track purchase orders and provide timely updates to the sales team
  • Coordinate sample deliveries for market and trade show deadlines
  • Communicate daily with overseas factories and vendors
  • Work closely with design, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure on-time production
  • Monitor production timelines and proactively resolve production issues


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in apparel import production preferred
  • Strong understanding of garment construction and production workflow
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and ERP systems
  • Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn


Pay:

$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
