Job description

The Proof Developer plays a key role in the customization and embellishment process by creating accurate production proofs and artwork mockups for customer approval. Reporting to the Embellishment Development Supervisor, this position works closely with Sales, Production, and Development teams to ensure designs are production-ready, technically feasible, and aligned with customer expectations.
What You'll Do:
  • Create accurate customer proofs and artwork mockups for approval within established timelines.
  • Gather design requirements from customers and sales representatives to ensure complete and accurate proof development.
  • Review and verify proofs for quality, accuracy, and production feasibility before submission.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Development teams to ensure artwork meets customer expectations and production requirements.
  • Resolve proofing and production discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Support product testing, embellishment evaluations, and documentation of findings.

What You Bring:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
  • Basic understanding of screen printing, embroidery, heat press, or other apparel embellishment methods preferred.
  • Experience in graphic design, production art, apparel decoration, or a related field preferred.

Pay Range: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
