WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will work closely with the Apparel/Accessories Sourcing Directors and other managers while driving a critical x-functional partnership with Materials Sourcing, Partner Management, Delivery Excellence, Analytics, and Global Planning teams. You will think across broad time horizons and support future company vision within our Apparel and Accessories source base. Incorporate the long-range product strategies, category feedback, and supplier performance to drive our in-season sourcing strategy and execution of plan. In your role, you will serve as an integral contact for multi-source decision making, supplier loading and balancing, capacity management, and key sourcing initiative project management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're looking for an innovative individual capable of identifying, crafting, and approaching apparel sourcing through an enterprise lens, while also effectively communicating with global teammates, working cross-culturally, and valuing differences. The ideal candidate will bring a curious mindset, proactive approach, and a critical focus on source optimization. The candidate needs to be organized, detail oriented, and thrive in problem solving environments.
You Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
  • 5+ years of Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain
  • Leadership and proven independent project management experience a must
  • Knowledge of apparel construction, material manufacturing, and costing preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Smartsheet, Air Table, Power BI, and Tableau
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred
  • Experience using AI tools including Copilot and Databricks preferred
  • Experience with partnering with advanced analytics on tool development and deployment
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through change, collaboration, and ability to gain buy-in for business plans
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with a strong attention to detail and process orientation
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally, including the ability to collaborate with and influence all levels of management
  • Team player, proactive, flexible and with a desire to learn and grow
  • Cultural awareness and a champion for diversity, inclusion, and belonging
  • Ability to travel 5%

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As an integral part of the Apparel Sourcing team, you will be the lead for your product classifications/suppliers working to obtain and manage capacity, including increases or reductions. You will also monitor metrics including supplier loading and source-to strategy to support the execution of the sourcing strategy. You will collaborate with Sport sourcing teams to maintain loading levels across the source base in accordance with delivery, quality, lead time, sustainability and margin goals. You will also act as a project manager against key strategic deliverables within our organization, working cross functionally to ensure any new process/tool meets the needs of key stakeholders and hits key development and deployment milestones.
