You will also act as a project manager against key strategic deliverables within our organization, working cross functionally to ensure any new process/tool meets the needs of key stakeholders and hits key development and deployment milestones.

You Bring:

- 5+ years of Sourcing, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain
- Leadership and proven independent project management experience a must
- Knowledge of apparel construction, material manufacturing, and costing preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Smartsheet, Air Table, Power BI, and Tableau
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills preferred
- Experience using AI tools including Copilot and Databricks preferred
- Experience with partnering with advanced analytics on tool development and deployment
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through change, collaboration, and ability to gain buy-in for business plans
- Ability to work in a deadline driven environment with a strong attention to detail and process orientation
