Job Overview

We are looking for a reliableProduction Coordinator to manage key aspects of our import production process. This role involves tracking timelines, quality control through sample and production measurements, maintaining organized samples, and handling approvals to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track import timelines from vendors to meet critical approval deadlines
  • Measure garment specs and perform quality checks on samples and production pieces
  • Maintain and organize samples efficiently
  • Prepare and organize bulk and trim approvals (including documentation and follow-up)
  • Support production team with coordination and communication as needed


Qualifications & Requirements

  • 13 years of relevant experience in apparel production coordination, import/vendor management, or related role (wholesale fashion preferred)
  • Highly organized and extremely detail-oriented
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual in Korean & English (required)
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
