The Global Customs Compliance Manager will oversee and ensure adherence to international trade regulations, focusing on customs compliance and trade facilitation within the industrial and manufacturing industry. This role is based in Parsippany and requires expertise in logistics and global trade processes. Description Develop and implement global customs compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to international trade regulations. Manage import and export activities, including classification, valuation, and country of origin determination.

Monitor and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements and other international trade regulations. Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics and supply chain, to streamline processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks. Provide guidance and training to internal teams on customs compliance matters. Maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
