About the Role

As a member of 100 Thieves' Partnerships Team and a key contributor to the company, you will be relied on to comprehensively build and execute the company's partnerships business with the support of the partnerships and an account management team. This person will be responsible for sourcing and sales through execution. This role encompasses traditional sports-style team sponsorships, branded content partnerships, media rights licensing, influencer partnerships, and the creation & selling of new assets unique to esports and 100 Thieves.  An ideal candidate has extensive experience with selling 360 marketing campaigns and can create innovative packages to leverage everything 100 Thieves has to offer.  


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in brand partnership sales, client services, account management, or partnership marketing, with demonstrated success in managing long-term or multi-year partnerships. 

  • A proven track record of upselling and renewals.

  • Maintain relationships with brands in the following categories: CPG, Food/Beverage, Entertainment, Retail, Alcohol, Gaming, and Finance.

  • Solid understanding of digital media, media planning, creator and influencer marketing, and branded content best practices.

  • Ability to manage the comprehensive sales process, account retention, and activation.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to identify and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Polished presentation skills, with an ability to think and react to situations quickly and confidently/

  • Knowledge of sports, gaming, esports, and content creators strongly preferred.


Responsibilities


  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, trusted relationships with existing partners, ensuring their satisfaction and aligning partnership initiatives with their goals.

  • Upselling & Renewal: Identify opportunities for upselling existing partners and proactively manage renewal negotiations to achieve revenue targets.

  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Activations, Marketing, and Sales teams to plan, execute, and track the success of co-marketing campaigns, content launches, and events.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.

  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, apparel, content, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.

Our targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California, is between $120,000 and $140,000 plus commission, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
