Une entreprise bien établie dans le secteur des solutions technologiques et du mobilier technique sur mesure est actuellement à la recherche d’un Représentant des ventes pour développer son territoire dans le Grand Montréal et les environs.
Dans ce rôle, tu seras responsable de générer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires, de comprendre les besoins opérationnels des clients et de proposer des solutions adaptées à leurs environnements de travail. Tu accompagneras les clients de la première conversation jusqu’à la signature du contrat, en collaboration avec les équipes internes.

RESPONSABILITÉS
  • Développer ton territoire en ciblant de nouveaux clients et en planifiant des rencontres d’affaires régulières.
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients afin de proposer des solutions personnalisées adaptées à leurs environnements opérationnels.
  • Gérer le cycle de vente complet : prospection, présentation, soumission, négociation et signature.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes et partenaires externes afin d’assurer une livraison et une installation fluides.
  • Développer les relations avec les clients existants et identifier de nouvelles occasions de croissance.
  • Maintenir le CRM à jour afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux des opportunités et du pipeline.
PROFIL
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en ventes B2B, idéalement en vente consultative ou en solutions complexes.
  • Expérience pertinente dans les TI, centres de données, mobilier technique, audiovisuel, sécurité, aménagement commercial ou solutions techniques B2B.
  • Bilinguisme français/anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
  • Aisance avec la prospection, les présentations clients, les CRM et les outils technologiques.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer des cycles de vente de 3 à 12 mois.
  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent, un atout.

A well-established company specializing in technology solutions and custom technical furniture is currently looking for a Sales Representative to develop its territory across Greater Montreal and surrounding areas.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding clients’ operational needs, and proposing tailored solutions for their work environments. You will manage the full sales cycle, from the first conversation to the signed agreement, while collaborating with internal teams.

  • Relevant experience in IT, data centers, technical furniture, audiovisual, security, commercial interiors, or technical B2B solutions.
  • Full bilingualism in French and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong comfort with prospecting, client presentations, CRM systems, and technology tools.
  • Autonomy, structure, and ability to manage sales cycles of 3 to 12 months.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, an asset.
