Job description

Schedule: Full Time
Job Type: Hybrid
Salary Type: Salary
Req #: 2884
No immigration sponsorship or transfer available for this role.
About the Role
This role sits at the center of the sales organization and serves as the operational backbone supporting Sales Acquisition and Expansion teams. The person in this role will own many of the day-to-day processes that keep the business running smoothly, including Salesforce administration, reporting and dashboard development, forecast support, territory management, pipeline tracking, and ad hoc analysis. It's a highly visible role that partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and frontline leaders, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, working with data, improving processes, and serving as a trusted resource for sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
What the Candidate Will Do
  • Maintain day-to-day CRM hygiene and data integrity in Salesforce - managing field updates, deduping, validation rules, and flagging anomalies before they distort reporting
  • Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards (pipeline, forecast, activity, quota attainment) for sales managers and reps, escalating data quality issues to the Senior Manager
  • Support the weekly forecast and pipeline review cadence by preparing data packs, reconciling rep-submitted numbers, and tracking deal stage movement
  • Administer territory and account assignment changes in Salesforce, ensuring alignment with the approved territory and quota plan
  • Serve as first-line support for reps and frontline managers on tooling questions (Salesforce, Gong, and adjacent systems), triaging and resolving issues or routing to the right owner
  • Own ad hoc analysis requests - win/loss cuts, conversion funnel pulls, rep-level performance views - turning raw data into something a sales manager can act on same-day
  • Help maintain documentation and playbooks for sales processes, stage definitions, and tool usage so the team has a consistent source of truth

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or a similarly analytical, cross-functional role
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (reports, dashboards, basic admin functions)
  • Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level (pivot tables, lookups)
  • Ability to manage multiple ad hoc requests against a backdrop of recurring deadlines (weekly forecast, monthly reporting)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Logistics, freight, supply chain, or marketplace experience
  • Experience with SQL or other data tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Sharp attention to detail - this role lives in the data
  • Strong communication skills and the instinct to flag a problem before it becomes a fire drill
  • Salesforce admin certification
