Job description

Inventory Management
  • Assist in managing daily inventory operations across multiple locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor inventory turnover, stock levels, backorders, and obsolete inventory.
  • Ensure proper receiving, storage, transfers, and distribution of medical devices.
  • Collaborate in helping maintain appropriate inventory levels while minimizing excess stock.
  • Help Director of Operations implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Help prepare operational reports.
  • Analyze inventory trends, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Create dashboards and reports that support executive decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve operational performance.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership.

Auditing & Compliance
  • Perform routine internal audits of inventory, warehouse operations, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, FDA regulations, and medical device industry requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation for regulatory inspections.
  • Assist in preparing for Arthrex audits and inspections.
  • Recommend corrective actions and monitor implementation.

Operations & Process Improvement
  • Support daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist with developing and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in special projects focused on operational excellence and business growth.

Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or operations management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred
