Job Title:         Inventory Analyst

Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Location:         Coffeyville, KS 67337
Duration:         2 Years
Shift:                1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Description:

• Perform inventory audits and inventory accuracy activities
• Coordinate daily cycle counts and quarterly perpetual inventory audits
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes
• Prepare inventory and audit reports for leadership review
• Monitor manufacturing and material flow processes
• Support inventory accuracy, excess material management, and RGA processes
• Review perpetual inventory reports and audit findings
• Work with factory teams to improve inventory turns and material accuracy
• Provide guidance and support to inventory and material flow personnel
• Support shop floor inventory operations and material tracking activities

Required Skills:

• Inventory analysis and inventory control experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• SAP experience preferred
• Reporting and data analysis skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
