Position Summary:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our distribution
and service departments. This role ensures that our teams deliver machines and services
efficiently, meet customer expectations, and operate in compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and experienced in managing logistics,
inventory, and service teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee logistics and scheduling of slot machine deliveries, installations, removals, and
service calls
? Manage warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accurate tracking and timely
restocking
? Supervise service technicians, warehouse staff, and administrative support teams
? Implement and refine operational processes and workflows to increase efficiency
? Coordinate with sales, legal, and compliance departments to align operational support
? Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for service response time, delivery accuracy,
and downtime
? Ensure company and regulatory compliance with gaming laws, transportation, and safety
regulations
? Collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve customer service and reduce operational
