At Riggs Tree Service, our crews depend on having the right parts, tools, and equipment available every day. We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Inventory Control Manager to build and lead a world-class inventory operation that supports our growing fleet across multiple states.

What You'll Do
As our Senior Inventory Control Manager, you will:
  • Lead all inventory control, warehouse, and procurement operations
  • Manage inventory supporting more than 800 pieces of fleet equipment
  • Develop inventory strategies that reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  • Build relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
  • Oversee purchasing of fleet parts, PPE, shop supplies, tools, and operational materials
  • Improve inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reporting
  • Analyze inventory trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Lead warehouse personnel and establish best practices across multiple locations
  • Partner with Fleet Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership to support company growth
  • Help prepare inventory resources for emergency storm restoration operations
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
โœ” 5+ years of inventory, warehouse, purchasing, or supply chain leadership experience
โœ” Experience supporting heavy equipment, construction, forestry, utility, or Class 8 truck fleets preferred
โœ” Strong leadership and team development skills
โœ” Excellent negotiation and vendor management experience
โœ” Advanced Excel and inventory management software experience
โœ” Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities
