Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

  • Identify materials needed to support production and coordinate transfers from 3PL warehouses

  • Manage excess inventory and coordinate returns to warehouse locations as needed

  • Verify inventory storage conditions and report issues such as shortages, expired products, damaged inventory, or discrepancies

  • Support receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities as required

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Utilize inventory systems and Excel to track inventory transactions and generate reports

  • Collaborate with production, warehouse, and cross-functional teams to ensure operational success

  • Follow all SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures

  • Assist with additional warehouse and inventory projects as assigned

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in Warehouse or Inventory Control

  • High school diploma or GED.
