  • Perform monthly inventory reconciliations for multiple warehouse locations. 
  • Review daily inventory variance reports and investigate discrepancies. 
  • Ensure inventory adjustments, repacks, billing, and product replenishment activities are completed accurately. 
  • Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment requests. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within inventory management systems. 
  • Process daily receiving transactions for assigned warehouse locations. 
  • Verify receiving documentation for completeness and accuracy. 
  • Scan and electronically file vendor invoices according to company procedures. 
  • Organize accounts payable documentation by vendor, invoice number, and invoice date.

Requirements

The best candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, purchasing, or logistics preferred
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn internal systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

Additionally, while performing duties, the employee may be required to sit, stoop, lift up to 15 pounds, type, communicate effectively, manage conflict, work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel.
