Description
As our Director of Sales Operations, you will shape the strategy and infrastructure that power our sales engine. By designing scalable processes, data-driven analytics, and effective tools, you'll enable the sales team to surpass targets, streamline operations, and elevate the customer experience-driving growth across revenue, markets, and client relationships.
The Director, Sales Operations reports to the VP of Worldwide Sales and is responsible for all Sales related activities that are not related to selling directly. Fundamentally the role is to create and manage tools to make sales more effective and free up their time to generate revenue.
This includes:
Customer Service
Customer services resides in Singapore and is responsible for order management and interactions with our direct customers and our Distribution Partners.
Sales Incentive Plan
Work with executive management to define the sales incentive plan each year. Manage the individual agreements, track performance to plan and work with finance to make accurate quarterly payouts.
Split Revenue
Manage the process, systems and implementation of revenue that is split between design and production territories.
Quoting
Manage the quoting system in Salesforce and Oracle. Including the business rules that set quote bids. Manage any issues that arise.
Opportunities/Design Wins
Manage the process of capturing opportunities and all the associated information. Ensure that the data is clean and up to date. Manage the process of identifying design wins.
Forecast
Manage the monthly detailed customer forecast for both sell through and sell in. This includes the data, the tools and the reporting.
Territory Management
Responsible for the definition and maintenance of Sales Territory rules in our custom Territory Management Engine, including resolution of disputes and definition of rules based on vague data.
Reporting
Working with IT, develop and manage reporting dashboards. Responsible, through your team, for a myriad of Excel, and PowerPoint files for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.
Ad Hoc information management
Be able to produce quickly detailed information that is requested on a daily ad hoc basis.
IT projects/Sales Automation
Key function of the job is to drive automation through Salesforce, Oracle and other systems with the IT teams.
This includes defining, design and successful implementation on time.
Systems
Responsible for the entirety of Salesforce, sales sections of Oracle and ServiceNow, and several custom-built systems.
Data Integrity
Responsible for the data integrity of all sales systems.
Requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant work experience in the Semiconductor industry.
  • Deep knowledge of Semiconductor sales processes, such as ship and debit.
  • Thorough understanding of Excel and PowerPoint. Mastery of MS Access and understanding of relational databases is extremely helpful.
  • Needs to be able to work within all levels in the Corporation from the CEO on down.
  • Must be self-driven and have a high sense of urgency.

Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $183,365 to $263,639.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
