Job description

The Safety Representative will be responsible for supporting daily field safety activities across multiple customer locations in West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Responsibilities include conducting field visits, safety observations, audits, coaching employees on safe work practices, participating in customer safety meetings, and assisting with incident investigations and corrective actions.

This individual will help ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and applicable safety regulations while serving as a visible safety resource for field personnel and operations management.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Conduct field safety visits and site inspections across the assigned region
  • Perform safety observations, hazard recognition, and behavior-based safety interactions
  • Support and reinforce company and customer safety policies and expectations
  • Participate in customer safety meetings, tailgates, and safety stand-downs
  • Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action follow-up
  • Review JSA's, permits, and field documentation for compliance
  • Monitor and promote safe driving practices and fleet safety expectations
  • Communicate safety concerns, trends, and recommendations to operations management
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and safety documentation
  • Build positive working relationships with customers and field personnel
