Hourly Rate 2026/27 SY: New Hire = $20.47 per hour (NOTE: salary schedule includes increases after Year 1, 2, and 3)
Union/Classification: member of the USW; Safety Officer Classification
LCS Safety Officers should be organized and understand school organizational structure. In addition, he/she must be able to get along with students and staff, demonstrate sound and mature judgment, and respect the strict confidential procedures associated with various aspects of school law.
