Job description

Location: Pasadena/Houston, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time

Progressive Training & Consulting LLC is seeking a motivated OSHA 30 Safety Trainer & Outreach Coordinator to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training classes.
  • Promote safety training programs and build relationships with contractors, companies, and community organizations.
  • Assist with business development and client outreach.
  • Coordinate training schedules and maintain accurate training records.
  • Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and industry meetings.
  • Support additional safety training programs as needed.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA 500 Trainer (required).
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to travel locally for onsite training and outreach.
  • Experience in construction safety or industrial safety preferred.
