โ€ข Lead emergency preparedness and contractor safety programs, ensuring readiness and compliance.
โ€ข Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Production, Maintenance, Engineering) with the integration of HSE principles into workplace and equipment design.
โ€ข Represent FNA in Futaba North America Yokogushi activities and other external forums related to HSE. Lead these activities as required.
โ€ข Promote employees' awareness and engagement through initiatives such as Safety Month, Earth Month, and other internal communication initiatives.
โ€ข Develop and adhere to departmental budget. Control variances.
โ€ข Maintain communications with management and provide updates on progress, issues, and delays.
โ€ข Maintain professional currency in technical knowledge and relevant products, services, and marketplace developments.
โ€ข Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures and safety and housekeeping requirements.
โ€ข Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
