Job description

Enterprise Electrical is looking for a proactive and field-focused Project Safety Representative to help drive a strong culture of safety across our construction projects. This role works directly with field leadership and crews to support safe work practices, ensure compliance, and help protect our employees, subcontractors, and clients on every jobsite.

Multiple Project Locations | Full-Time | Non-Exempt
Safety & Compliance Department

What You'll Do

  • Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections and identify hazards
  • Support OSHA and NFPA 70E compliance efforts
  • Facilitate Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and safety meetings
  • Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions
  • Coach employees on safe work practices and PPE compliance
  • Support onboarding and safety orientation for new hires and subcontractors
  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and audit records
  • Partner with Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Managers to promote a safety-first culture

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of construction safety experience preferred
  • Experience in electrical or commercial construction strongly preferred
  • OSHA 30 Certification required
  • CPR/First Aid certification required
  • Knowledge of OSHA construction standards and electrical safety practices
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Valid Driver's License required

Education:

  • High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred
