Job Title: Traveling Safety Manager
Location: West Memphis, AR
Frequent Travel Required: Various Project Sites (Texas, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Florida etc.)
We are seeking a Traveling Safety Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing and enforcing safety protocols across multiple job sites, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, and promoting a culture of safety. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a passion for workplace safety and a willingness to travel extensively.
What You'll Do
  • Oversee and enforce safety protocols across job sites
  • Ensure OSHA and site-specific compliance
  • Conduct routine site safety inspections and audits
  • Lead accident investigations and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver effective employee safety training
  • Maintain all safety-related documentation and records
  • Review and approve project-specific safety plans

What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of safety experience in construction or heavy civil
