Job description

Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Lead Hand, the Order Fulfillment Representative will play a key role in supporting Blackline's fulfillment operations. As an Order Fulfillment Representative, you will be responsible for picking and packing Blackline's world class devices, ensuring our customers receive their life saving devices on time, and in the highest quality condition.

Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing tasks, along with daily cycle counts.
  • Read sales orders to determine quantity and type of product.
  • Locate product in Blackline's warehouse.
  • Load, unload, sort and move product manually and using material handling equipment
  • Perform device gas calibrations using automated dock stations.
  • Pack the merchandise as per Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Deliver the packed items to the shipping area or prepare a skid for finished goods.
  • Inspect the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
  • Ensure a quality product is packaged and shipped to our customers.
  • Maintain clean, neat, and well-organized work areas at all times.
  • Strictly adhere to health & safety policies, quality standards, and PPE requirements.
  • Perform manual handling of incoming and outgoing products (up to 50 lbs).
  • Operate hand tools, dollies, and lift tables safely and efficiently.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform repetitive lifting/moving of goods.
  • Perform general duties, and assist the Shipping team as needed.
  • Wearing PPE as required.

About You:

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an order fulfillment or packaging environment.
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma, with preference given to those with a relevant Technical Diploma.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with previous order fulfillment/warehouse experience.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
  • Moderate experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
