As the Restaurant General Manager in L'Anse, MI, you will be responsible for motivating and directing team members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, friendly, and fast service in a clean facility. You will manage the guest experience through operations and timely response to Guest issues. You will also identify and interact with the community to engage prospective guests and execute local marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will lead the restaurant’s recruitment and selection process to build an effective restaurant team as well as provide coaching and feedback to Team Members, Shift Coordinators, and Assistant Managers. Finally, you will review key P&L lines to increase profitability for the restaurant.


Responsibilities:

  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed guest expectations
  • Manage guest experience through operations & timely response
  • Identify and interact with community for local marketing initiatives
  • Lead recruitment and selection process of restaurant team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members and Shift Coordinators
  • Review key P&L lines for increased profitability


Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
