Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the restaurant operations. To be successful Restaurant General Manager you must first build an exceptional team, recruiting, hiring, training, developing, mentoring and maintaining a quality staff leads to consistent turnout on all levels from the Front of House to the Back of House.
