This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant performance including sales growth, operational execution, team development, and financial results.

The General Manager will lead the restaurant team while ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong operational standards, and disciplined financial management. This position is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in fast paced quick service environments and enjoys developing strong teams.

Compensation

Salary between $65,000 and $68,000 annually

Quarterly bonus based on achieving performance targets
