Title of Position: Assistant Restaurant General Manager


Job Description: The Assistant Restaurant General Manager will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing the hourly staff. They will share responsibility for ensuring smooth restaurant activities, including exceptional customer service, conducting interviews, collaborating with management to achieve sales and operational goals, training team members, and handling administrative and banking tasks. The General Manager may assign additional responsibilities as needed.
