Hospitality Recruiter
Remote | Miami, FL | Commission Only
We are a hospitality-focused talent placement firm with an established portfolio of luxury and upper-upscale clients across the U.S., Caribbean, and international markets. We are expanding our recruiting team and looking for a driven, experienced hospitality recruiter to join us on a commission-only basis.
This is not a role for someone who needs hand-holding. We want a self-starter who is hungry, strategic, and motivated by results. In return, you get a warm desk: a strong, active pipeline of open roles and established client relationships. No business development required.
What You'll Do
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for active hospitality searches across luxury hotels, resorts, and related properties
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through the offer stage
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across key hospitality disciplines
  • Collaborate with the internal team to prioritize and execute on open searches
  • Deliver a polished, professional candidate experience consistent with our brand

What We're Looking For
  • Background in hospitality (hotel operations, F&B, resort management, or similar) -- you understand the industry and can speak the language
  • Proven recruitment experience, ideally within an agency or search firm environment
  • Track record of closing placements and hitting targets

  • Self-managed and accountable -- you work from home and own your outcomes
