Job description

TITLE: CLIENT SERVICES/HOSPITALITY REPRESENTATIVE
LOCATION: BALTIMORE, MARYLAND
Seeking a full-time Client Services/Hospitality Representative (Monday through Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm)
Responsibilities:
  • Reception front desk, answering calls, meeting and greeting visitors, reserving conference rooms, conference room set ups, maintenance of kitchen pantry supplies and ordering catered food services for meetings.
  • Copy/mail room services, large print jobs, assisting attorney with trial binder prep, receive, scan, process all incoming and outgoing mail/packages USPS/FEDEX, arrange messenger services.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies, submit building maintenance requests.
  • Light filing, document changes, and clerical projects.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook,
  • Strong time management, ability to multitask, and organization skills.
