A guest services representative performs a variety of customer service duties at facilities such as hotels, spas, museums, and event spaces. As a guest services representative, it’s your job to greet visitors when they arrive, provide help by answering questions and communicating complaints, and direct guests to facilities such as the coat check, lost and found, parking, exhibitions, and restrooms.
