Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Coordinator in the Columbus Area! Our company is a thriving brick-and-mortar business with a growing online presence. We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our online shop operations, ensuring seamless integration with our in-store activities. This part-time role (25 hours per week) offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our digital expansion while working closely with store staff and management. Responsibilities
  • Prepare, photograph, and upload inventory to the online site following Clothes Mentor guidelines and standards.
  • Manage and organize all inventory related to the online store.
  • Develop and implement best practices for inventory tracking and organization.
  • Handle customer service inquiries for the website, including returns and email communication.
  • Prepare items for mailing, ensuring quality packaging and personalized touches like handwritten Thank You notes.
  • Coordinate packaging and shipping for outgoing products.
  • Order necessary program materials and supplies.
  • Merchandise products to the sales floor after online uploads are complete.
  • Analyze Shopify reports to identify best practices and improve marketplace performance.
