We’re expanding our operations team and seeking a Construction Project Supervisor who thrives in a leadership role, values craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering a best‐in‐class customer experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Coach Installation Teams: Supervise, train, and support 4–5 installation crews daily to ensure consistent performance, professionalism, and safety.
  • Ensure Top‐Tier Quality: Oversee installations to guarantee they meet company standards for precision, durability, and long‐term reliability.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Act as a knowledgeable, friendly point of contact for customers throughout the installation process.
  • Support Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to solve problems, maintain schedules, and keep projects running smoothly.
  • Drive Team Development: Mentor installers, reinforce best practices, and help build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain Project Flow: Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience supervising construction, installation, or field service teams
  • Strong understanding of exterior building products or specialty installations (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
  • Commitment to high‐quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver’s license (company vehicle provided)
