What You'll Do:

  • Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome upon arrival and departure.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient check-ins and check-outs while delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Provide expert guidance on resort programs, package inclusions, dining options, and local attractions.
  • Assist guests with booking all resort activities.
  • Manage room reservations and process billing adjustments as needed.
  • Address guest questions and concerns in person and over the phone with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to enhance the guest experience.
