Guest Services Representative

The Dignity Health Arena, Theater and Convention Center Guest Services Representative is the initial interaction our guests have at our facilities, and as such must provide excellent customer service and exceed our guests' expectations. The Guest Services Representative's duties include greeting guests, ticket scanning, elevator and escalator operations, directing guests to their seats and arena amenities such as restrooms, concessions, first aid and other event related areas. The Guest Services Representative is responsible for their assigned position and is expected to take ownership by making sure guests follow arena policies and guest code of conduct while addressing situations in a friendly and helpful manner. Essential Functions: Check guest's tickets to ensure guests are in correct seating location. Directs guests to their seating location. Address guests that are not sitting in the area their ticket is good for. Responsible for keeping aisles, stairs and concourse clear of safety hazards. Provide the correct answer to guest questions or find out the answer. Resolves guest complaints and escalates to a supervisor as needed. Ensure guests are following arena guest code of conduct Other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Customer service experience. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Excellent communication skills. Able to work outdoors if needed. Must be proactive in providing assistance. Must be able to work in a team environment and interact with multiple departments. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
