Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Rep is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, and visitors by creating a welcoming environment, assisting with inquiries, and supporting front desk operations. This role serves as a liaison between departments and ensures a smooth and positive experience for all guests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette

• Hospitality/ Hotel experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist families and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answer and manage phone calls, voicemails, and messages promptly
