We are helping one of our amazing and loyal clients find the best hospitality minded house manager for their ranch. This client is looking for someone who started out in fine dining, hotels or has worked on yachts – you should really know great service, wine and spirits knowledge, know formal service, team player mentality, roll up your sleeves type of house manager and incredibly professional. This client enjoys entertaining, so they are really leaning on you and the estate manager to guide the way for the team. You should have the highest standards and love service. You should also have long-term references, minimum of 3 years in your former positions. You will report to the estate manager and director of residences, so please be okay with this dynamic..
