Job description

District Manager Job Description 

District Managers are responsible for overseeing all operations of company stores included in their areas. Making sure that all restaurants in a specific district meet projected revenues and sales estimate while maintaining the physical plants. These professionals also inspect stores, recruit and fire employees, conduct meetings, train staff, create reports, and recommend changes regarding store procedures and activities, ensuring that their restaurants are compliant with brand operational performance, as well as assorted state and federal requirements.

The District Manager is an influencer if others in an effort to continually increase performance.

District Managers usually perform many of the following tasks: 

 Explaining new policies. 

 Coaching managers. 

 Creating action plans. 

 Visiting company restaurants.

 Recruiting new employees.
