Floor Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage front-of-house service to ensure smooth, polished, and memorable guest experiences
  • Set the floor before service, including station assignments, dining room readiness, reservations flow, and service standards
  • Supervise servers, back servers, runners, and support staff while providing coaching, leadership, and real-time direction throughout service
