Job Overview:

Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional team environments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure solutions align with user needs and business goals.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, user story creation, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Support system design, testing, and implementation phases.
  • Identify and resolve system issues and recommend enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy standards.
