Job Description:
The consultant should possess the experience and qualifications for this subject area and
specifically have experience and qualifications in the following areas:
1. Ability to review, analyze and evaluate business system and system requirements.
Formulate solutions which address library strategies and needs;
2. Prepare solution options, identify risks, and perform required financial analysis;
3. Document detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to
develop or modify computer programs; and
4. Not-for-profit experience required.
