Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 6 months C to H


Job Description:

The Senior Business Analyst will function as one of the primary entry points for the business into the Technology Group, acting as an extended team member for program and operational departments. 

The Business Analyst is expected to become deeply expert on the goals and processes of the organization's various lines of work, and to develop and leverage relationships with the business to engender engagement on behalf of the Technology Group.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

A minimum of 8 years working in technology, with a particular emphasis on business analysis.

At least 5 years' experience with on-premise as well as software-as-a-service (SaaS) application delivery.

Demonstrated proficiency extracting business requirements and inferring business processes in a fast-paced and quickly-evolving organization.

Experience documenting business requirements and business processes, including the output of detailed process flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and rough prototypes.

Able to think creatively while defining solutions within established technology frameworks.

Understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to navigate them successfully.

Able to quickly establish credibility with technical and non-technical audiences.

Able to set priorities, organize time and identify resources for projects.

Strong interpersonal skills, with polished presentation.

Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present information in compelling and persuasive manner.

In-depth experience with Salesforce, SharePoint or PeopleSoft.

Must have:
