Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fort Worth, TX that is seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials Business Systems Analyst. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, IT, and business stakeholders to enhance functionality, improve efficiency, automate processes, and support business growth across Oracle Cloud Finance modules, including AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Accounting Hub, and General Ledger.
Duties:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Oracle Cloud Finance applications
* Configure, support, test, and implement enhancements across Oracle Finance Cloud modules
* Conduct fit-gap analysis, process design, system configuration, testing, training, deployment, and user support
* Partner with business and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies
* Support Oracle Cloud upgrades, patches, and releases while minimizing business disruption
* Develop and execute test plans, coordinate user acceptance testing, and ensure successful solution deployment
* Lead implementation and enhancement initiatives by creating functional specifications, supporting configuration, testing solutions, developing documentation, and delivering end-user training
* Collaborate with teams supporting integrations, middleware, and related applications such as Coupa, Concur, and other ERP platforms to resolve issues and support business processes
* Manage day-to-day application support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, change management, and escalation to technical teams or Oracle Support when required
* Translate finance requirements into detailed functional specifications and communicate solutions effectively to developers, stakeholders, and end users
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud Finance functionality, providing guidance and recommending system solutions that align with business objectives
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT or Business or similar
* Five (5) or more years of professional experience in Oracle ERP with a minimum of 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud
* Strong understanding of accounting principles as it relates to daily financial system support.
* Expertise with System Administrator and Workflow Administrator
* Mission-oriented with ownership mindset and leadership capabilities to drive incident management and resolution
* Experience with SQL, OTBI, and BI Publisher for data analysis and reporting
* Experience in a fast-paced environment, commitment to execution in a rapidly changing and evolving environment
* Knowledge of integration tools (OIC, Boomi)
* Ability to communicate with and influence peers and leaders, as well as ability to establish new relationships quickly
* Collaborative, yet able to operate independently; Self-motivated/driven yet able to lead and influence in a matrixed environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
