Supply System Analyst (WMS)
Location: Albany, GA
Position is contingent upon contract award. This is an anticipated opportunity, and hiring is dependent on contract funding and customer approval.
Position Overview
The Supply System Analyst supports warehouse and supply chain operations by analyzing system data, identifying trends, and resolving operational issues. This role serves as the primary point of contact for Warehouse Management System (WMS) activities and works closely with Government stakeholders to ensure accurate data processing, reporting, and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze supply chain transactions and system data to identify discrepancies and problem areas
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to supply system processes and workflows
  • Assess impacts of proposed system or regulatory changes on operations
  • Coordinate with functional users to resolve operational and procedural issues
  • Research and troubleshoot system-related problems and data inconsistencies
  • Serve as the Warehouse Management System (WMS) point of contact for Government communications
  • Monitor workload trends and proactively identify potential operational issues
  • Perform WMS transaction inquiries and system-level analysis
  • Utilize WMS and other Government systems to support supply chain operations
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders
  • Support inventory reconciliation and operational reporting requirements

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) within the past five (5) years
  • Experience with inventory accountability and warehouse operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with logistics systems and data analysis tools
  • Valid driver's license
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
