Supply System Analyst
(Required Clearance: Secret)
 

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Supply Systems Analyst to support logistics operations in support of MARCENT requirements. The selected candidate will provide expertise in Marine Corps logistics systems, supply operations, property accountability, and automated logistics reporting within a mission-focused operational environment.
This position is contingent upon contract award. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct supply systems analysis and evaluations in support of MARCENT logistics operations and sustainment activities.
  • Maintain, validate, and reconcile property accounting and property control records to ensure accountability and compliance.
  • Support supply requisitioning, procurement procedures, inventory management, and logistics tracking activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Marine Corps logistics automated information systems, including LOGAIS and GCSS-MC.
  • Generate, analyze, and maintain system-based logistics reports, metrics, and data products to support operational decision-making.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Associate degree with 7 years of relevant experience; or 10+ years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • 5–7 years of supply chain, logistics analysis, or military supply systems experience.
  • Experience conducting supply systems analysis and evaluations in support of logistics operations.
  • Working knowledge of Marine Corps logistics automated information systems, including LOGAIS.
  • Experience with property control, property accounting, and accountability procedures.
  • Experience supporting supply requisitioning and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of Table of Equipment (T/E) and Principal End Item (PEI) management procedures.
  • Knowledge of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) procedures and support processes.
  • Familiarity with Transportation Management Office (TMO) procedures and logistics coordination activities.
  • Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing inspection reports, logistics assessments, and briefing findings to leadership.
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps supply directives, policies, and regulations.
  • Experience overseeing or supporting supply warehouse operations and inventory management activities.
  • Current valid U.S. Passport with the ability to travel and work overseas as required.
