Job description

One of Swoon's top clients in the Artificial Intelligence space is expanding its talent acquisition team and is currently looking for 30 Remote Contract Recruiting Coordinators to help manage their rapid organizational scaling.


Details:

Location: Fully remote

Duration: 6 months to start with chance to extend

Rate: $45-$57.50/hour W2


As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of the hiring process, managing end-to-end scheduling across complex pipelines. This role is 80–90% heavy-duty scheduling, requiring you to navigate "fire drills" and shifting priorities with calm urgency.


Day to Day:

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple pipelines (80–90% of the role)
  • Coordinate high-volume interview schedules using ATS and scheduling tools
  • Manage complex, bespoke scheduling for Research and Executive-level pipelines
  • Support large-scale Engineering, Product, Business, GTM, and non-technical hiring
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, executive assistants, and executive business partners
  • Volume: Expect to manage 200–300 interviews per month.


Requirements:

  • Proven Recruiting Coordination experience (must have done this role specifically)
  • Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced interview scheduling
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage “organized chaos”
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and solutions-oriented when schedules change rapidly
  • Comfort working extensively in Slack and partnering cross-functionally
