As a remote recruiting coordinator, you work from home to help an HR department manage its hiring strategies. In this role, you use virtual office software to consult with managers and determine the ideal traits a candidate should have for each role, help review each employee interview, and post job descriptions to career websites and other advertising outlets. Other duties include sourcing candidates, evaluating resumes, helping to test applicants, providing shortlists of applicants to hiring managers, and virtually training HR staff. Since this is a remote role, you use online conferencing apps to stay in touch with coworkers and candidates.
