Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Remote ABA Recruiter to identify, engage, and place top ABA talent. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of recruiting in the ABA industry, understands the roles of BCBAs and RBTs, and excels at building relationships with clinicians and clients.
As a Remote ABA Recruiter, you will source, screen, and connect ABA professionals with job opportunities while maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and recruit BCBAs, RBTs, and other ABA professionals using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals).
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.
Build and maintain relationships with ABA professionals, understanding their career goals and preferences.
Collaborate with clients to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
Manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Promote job opportunities, explain benefits, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
Stay up-to-date on ABA industry trends, workforce needs, and certification requirements.
Required:
