Order & Sales Support
- Assist customers with order placement and basic product selection
- Collect measurements and job details from customers
- Prepare and process estimates, invoices, and receipts
- Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized records of invoices, orders, and customer information
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Payment & Billing Support
- Verify payment status before order release or delivery
- Assist with tracking outstanding balances
Office Coordination
- Ensure paperwork is complete before processing orders
- Keep office supplies stocked and organized
