Front Desk & Customer Service

  • Greet walk-in customers, fence installers, and vendors
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to basic customer inquiries about products, pricing, and availability
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional front office environment

Order & Sales Support

  • Assist customers with order placement and basic product selection
  • Collect measurements and job details from customers
  • Prepare and process estimates, invoices, and receipts
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order follow-ups

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain organized records of invoices, orders, and customer information
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

Payment & Billing Support

  • Verify payment status before order release or delivery
  • Assist with tracking outstanding balances
